Canoe trips for sporty types!
Come and canoe in the beautifull surrounding of the Nedre Dalälven and experience the special nature. We offer 3 different canoe trips, which all start and end at Falkudden camping och stugby. You may paddle in our new linder inkas 465L and set up your tent in the middle of nature. Food and drinks are included.
**Canoe trip 1 Falkudden – Årängsån
Number of persons: 2

Including: lunchpackage. Use of canoe with life jackets, maps, etc.
You leave early in the morning from the camping towards the river Årängsån. You will paddle over very narrow parts and see both agricultural landscape and intact, rich animal nature. Amongst others you can see beaver lodges and you'll pass the nest of the osprey. Total length of the tour is about 10 km, two times you will have to walk a piece over land. In the evening you'll return to the campsite.

**Canoe trip 2 Falkudden – Tyttbo
Number of persons: 2

Including: 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunchpackage, 2 x dinner, 2 x overnight stay (take your own tent with you). Use of canoe with life jackets, maps, etc.
This two-day canoe trip starts at Falkudden camping. Here you will stay the first night, so in the morning you’ll leave fully prepared.Bysjön has a beautiful surrounding with seven small islands that together make Bysjön. You will easily find a quiet place to rest on one of the deserted beaches. You're likely to see the osprey nest on the island Bysjöholmarna and you'll pass a beaver lodge. On this tour you will pass several rapids, where you take out your canoe and walk a part over land.
At the end of the afternoon you'll arrive at Tyttbo camping where you’ll have your dinner in a quiet and peaceful nature. Here you will sleep in your own tent.
The next day, after a good breakfast, you’ll paddle back to Falkudden camping.

Including: 4 x breakfast, 3 x lunchpackage, 3 x dinner, 4 x overnight stay (take your own tent with you). Use of canoe with life jackets, maps, etc. The way back by car to Falkudden camping,
This four-day trip will lead you to Farnebofjärdens National park. Your first night you will sleep at Falkudden camping, so in the morning you can leave fully prepared. Bysjön has a beautiful surrounding with seven small islands that together make Bysjön. You will easily find a quiet place to rest on one of the deserted beaches. You're likely to see the osprey nest on the island Bysjöholmarna and you'll pass a beaver lodge. On this tour you will pass several rapids, where you take out your canoe and go a part over land.

The next day, the tour continues towards Farnebofjärdens National Park with it's many bays and small islands. You'll stay the night at one of these small islands, all alone with nature. On the third day you futher discover the National Park, where after you paddle back to Tyttbo camping. Here you will spend the last night. The next morning you will be picked up by car and will get a ride back to Falkudden camping.
