Fishing in the lake
The Dalälven is a paradise for anglers and nature lovers. This River is 500 km long and flows from the Norwegian border by Sweden and ends finally in the Gulf of Bothnia. The last 200 km of the river is called the Nedre Dalälven. This section is a beautiful river and is among the top 10 best fishing waters in Sweden. It distinguishes itself from other major rivers in Europe by many varied Rapids and beautiful lakes with a host of large and smaller islands.

On the lake
Falkudden camping is located on the Lake, that part of the Nedre Dalälven-is. The fishing area, this includes more and a number of other lakes of various sizes. Fishing in running water is also possible in our fishing area. It is both possible to rent a boat at the camp site and from the water to fish. Fish species: pikeperch, Pike, perch in General. There are a number of small lakes in the area where fish is implanted.

At the campsite you can rent some fishinggear. You can hire  motorboats, row boats. Motorboats are aluminum (400 Linder) and are rented including petrol, anchor and life jackets. The engine is a Yamaha 4 HP. the boats are located in Lake and cannot be transported to other lakes. You will also receive a detailed map of the Lake Bysjön
